SUBMISSION AND REWARD
- The completed referral form must be submitted to and receipt acknowledged by the builder Sales Representative in a WestCreek Community showhome or sales centre, and approved by WestCreek Developments Ltd. BEFORE the referred customer enters into a sales agreement for their new home.
- The referral must result in an unconditional sale and possession of a new home from a builder in a current WestCreek Community.
- The cash reward will be paid to the referring homeowner/referred customer approximately 30 days after the customer has taken possession of their new home by a builder in a current WestCreek Community.
- This offer is only available to a registered referral that leads to a firm sale of a new home in a current WestCreek Community. A registered referral is defined as a completed referral form submitted to any showhome in a WestCreek Community when you introduce your referral.
- A referred customer must be introduced by a referring homeowner who has purchased a home in a current or past WestCreek Community.
- Current WestCreek Communities are defined as CornerBrook, Legacy and Wolf Willow. Past WestCreek Communities are defined as Amber Woods, Aspen Stone, Evercreek Bluffs, Evergreen Grove, Everridge, Saddlecrest, Simcrest, Timberline and WestCreek-Chestermere.
- $1,500 referral reward is eligible on the sale of a single-family product, including a duplex home, laned home, front garage home, semi-estate home or estate home.
- $500 referral reward is eligible on the sale of a multi-family product, including a townhome or condo.
- For a single-family home purchase, a $1,500 cash reward will be paid to both the referring homeowner and referred customer, after the referred customer has taken possession of their new home. If the referrer chooses to donate their $1,500 cash reward to the referred customer, the referred customer will receive $3,000 instead.
- For a multi-family home purchase, a $500 cash reward will be paid to both the referring homeowner and referred customer, after the referred customer has taken possession of their new home. If the referrer chooses to donate their $500 cash reward to the referred customer, the referred customer will receive $1,000 instead.
- It is the responsibility of the referring homeowner to claim the cash reward as income under Canada Revenue guidelines.
RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
- Limit of one referral per home purchase.
- If more than one referring party refers the same customer, the earliest dated form submission will only be eligible for the reward.
- Employees of WestCreek Developments and their immediate family are not eligible for this program.
- In a realtor assisted purchase, realtors are not eligible to redeem the reward.
- Any public solicitation of this offer will result in the refusal of your referral reward.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other WestCreek Developments promotions for referral, employee referral or repurchase.
- Referral reward is non-transferrable.
- Program is effective May 1, 2020. Firm sales written on or after May 1, 2020 apply.

WestCreek Developments Ltd. assumes no responsibility for ensuring that any person referring a customer is doing so in compliance with the Real Estate Act or any other applicable laws and regulations and any person referring a customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance therewith, including ensuring that such person is not ‘trading’ in real estate in breach of the Real Estate Act. WestCreek Developments Ltd. can discontinue this promotion at any time.
