Major shopping centers are located at the Westhills Towne Centre and Signal Hill Centre on Sarcee Trail and Richmond Road.  11-18 acres of upper end commercial development is also underway at 17th Avenue and 85th Street with Safeway as its anchor.  There are other local shopping amenities at 85th Street and Aspen Stone Blvd, and 17th Avenue and Sirocco Drive.
